One-day basic training aimed at (prospective) Business Continuity Managers or (prospective) Business Continuity Planning (BCP) project managers.
Objective
Our objectives are the introduction of basic BCM/BCP concepts, instruction on completing Business Continuity Planning projects in an organised manner and the familiarisation of participants with quality and other crucial aspects encountered during the completion of BCP projects.

Target group
Business Continuity Planners propagates the approach that Business Continuity Management and the completion of Business Continuity Planning projects be performed by a multidisciplinary core team consisting of business management, ICT management, facility management, risk management, finance & control and business continuity management.
Most often, this training is provided as orientation to key figures from above departments who are currently, or will be in the future, members of BCP project teams or BCM steering committees.
